Eric Perez created Rockstar-Fitness in Spring 2011 with personalized training custom tailored to your needs and goals as the mission.
With six years of experience in the industry and his trainer certification, his clients can feel confident they are getting the Rockstar training they deserve!
Rockstar Fitness is not a Gym, rather a personal fitness-training studio. There is no machinery that is needed to do the workouts, though a few items like body bars, bosu ball, or free weights are used. Focusing you on resistance and plyometric type training will get you fit, toned, and in lean shape in record time. Programs are designed to be done through out the week at home with minimal equipment needed.
Rockstar's training is in a non-judgmental atmosphere and typically is done one on one so there are no need to be worried how you might look as you learn to master the various workouts.
We understand that no two people are built exactly the same, neither are their physical needs or goals. Rockstar Fitness optimizes each client's program workout for different stages in life as well as takes into account any physical concerns. So if you have a bad knee, we will focus a program around that injury as not to aggravate it. If you are or are planning on becoming pregnant, Rockstar has toning and strengthening programs that help you get in shape for the changes your body will go through.
