We are teaching Rockstar Plyometrics Classes that have emphasis on Core Strength and Lower Body Endurance. Each series is an 8 week program with one class per week that lasts for one hour. These are group classes, though overall group size will vary per program.
*Pre-Register for classes and receive a 20% discount at a cost of $8.00 per class.
